Swarovski captivated Australia’s fashion elite at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, unveiling their Winter Garden Collection for AW15 at Carriageworks in Sydney. This exclusive event brought together 40 top media, influencers, and celebrities to experience Swarovski’s elegance.

Designed for digital engagement and brand consistency, the showcase featured a standout "Instagram moment," amplifying buzz across social platforms. The event reinforced Swarovski’s status as a global fashion leader while connecting with Australia’s most influential fashion voices.

The Brief

Swarovski tasked us with creating a standout brand showcase event as part of their sponsorship of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia. The event was designed to unveil the Winter Garden Collection for AW15 to Australia’s leading fashion media, influencers, and celebrities.

The objective was to craft an immersive and visually striking experience that reflected Swarovski’s signature elegance while encouraging digital engagement through shareable moments.

The Solution

We curated a sophisticated and visually stunning event at Carriageworks, Sydney, designed to immerse attendees in Swarovski’s world of elegance and storytelling.

The showcase featured the Winter Garden Collection in a curated setting with product zoning that emphasised Swarovski’s accessible yet extraordinary style.

To drive digital engagement, we incorporated a memorable "Instagram moment," encouraging attendees to share their experiences on social media.

My Role

Conceptualised the event through developing a cohesive aesthetic that aligned with Swarovski’s brand identity.

Managed production from start to finish, sourcing suppliers and coordinating all elements to ensure every detail reflected the brand’s elegance.

Led the event installation, overseeing the setup to bring the vision to life.

Directed the event on the day, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for attendees.
